Set of two raku bowls, hand-thrown and glazed in The Freaky Raku Studio with a white glaze showing an craquelé effect. The craquelè lines and the darker parts, like the bottom edge, are the result of the smoke which permeates clay during the reduction phase. You can learn more about the process here.
Rought texture and opaque finish.
This bowls are an individual one of a kind.
All of our ceramic ware is glazed with lead-free and non-toxic glazes, although please take care of its hygiene. Hand wash only, do not put in the dishwasher.
